Tim Whalen and his wife Cathy Dale Whalen are huge supporters of the foster care system. They have fostered over twenty-six children, with seven children currently in their home. Tim and Cathy have adopted six children and are actively teaching and promoting the benefits of foster care for children without families of their own. Being a foster parent can make a true difference in the lives of both the children and the foster parents.
